The lock release cable, (part of the mechanism to unlock the door) is broken on my second safe.
Not a good situation if I should have needed quick access to pistol. I was getting it out to clean and had to use the key to open.
A not to those with battery issues; bit the bullet as they say and use Energizer lithium batterys. They last forever it seems.

Will not be buying another gunvault brand due to these unpredictable lock failures.
